Details zur Stelle:
- Coach and mentor product owners, scrum masters, cross functional dev teams and management to enhance agile/lean principles & practices
- Continuously assess team agile maturity and ensure that the teams work in a self-organizing, flexible and productive manner
- Help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, collaboration, and quality practices
- Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility
- Design, implement and promote an agile operating model that extends beyond the team level and focuses on the whole value stream
- Ensure that our enterprise agile transformation is successful in a sustainable way
Ihr Profil:
- Several years of experience in working as a scrum master and/or agile coach
- Have a can-do mentality and like to think outside the box
- Distinct communication skills
- Openness and self-motivation to learn, give and receive feedback and develop yourself further
- Ability to work in intercultural teams
- Social competence is one of your strengths, which you use in the collaboration with your stakeholders
- Working experience on tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence and others
- Fluent in English and German
