Start your journey with us as People Lead (f/m/d) in Software Development in full-time at the location Würselen/Aachen
Summary of the role:
- As a „servant leader“, you lead around 30 experts who work in various agile development teams.
- You encourage and challenge your experts to make independent decisions, to take responsibility and to overcome challenges.
- You support your employees in change processes, e.g. through coaching and reflection, and take care of their personal and professional development.
- You further develop our open feedback and learning culture and ensure that everyone treats each other as equals, with appreciation and respect.
- Together with the different teams you recruit new talents and ensure a perfect onboarding of new colleagues.
- You strengthen the transfer and exchange of knowledge between colleagues, especially across team boundaries.
- Together with our Scrum Masters, you eliminate impediments and create a working environment in which we all enjoy working.
Ihr Profil:
As ideal candidate:
- You have already gained experience in leading & coaching talents or development teams in an agile environment.
- You lead at eye level and with the necessary empathy.
- You believe that any challenge can be solved and you progress with clear goals.
- Your experience in software development makes it easier for you to get started.
- As an international company, we expect good communication skills in English.
